Meet Our Houston Therapists

Restoring Hope Counseling in Champions, Montrose, Cypress & Online

Restoring Hope Counseling is a group private practice founded in 2016, with offices in North Houston (Champions), Montrose, and Cypress, plus teletherapy available to clients throughout Texas.

Our team of licensed therapists, LPC-Associates, and supervised graduate interns specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, couples therapy, play therapy, and more; serving children as young as age 2 through adults of all ages across the greater Houston area.

We are a multi-cultural, affirming practice with bilingual therapists fluent in Spanish, Hindi, Malayalam, and Urdu. Our clinicians are trained in evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method, and Registered Play Therapy. Most of our licensed therapists accept major insurance, and we offer reduced-fee options through our supervised intern program.

How to Find the Right Therapist for You

Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and we want to make it as easy as possible. Here are a few things to consider:

Location: We have licensed therapists at our Champions office in North Houston (77069), our Montrose office in Houston (77019), and our Cypress location (77095). All of our therapists are also available for online sessions throughout Texas.

Specialty: If you're dealing with trauma or PTSD, look for therapists trained in EMDR, CPT, or ART. For children, our Registered Play Therapists and play therapy interns are a great fit. For couples, several of our therapists specialize in couples and family therapy. All of our therapists provide LGBTQIA+ affirming care, with our Montrose team offering specialized expertise in this area.

Cost: If cost is a concern, our graduate student interns provide high-quality, closely supervised therapy at a significantly reduced rate. Our licensed therapists who accept insurance are noted on each profile.

Availability: Each therapist's profile lists their current availability and whether they are accepting new clients. You can schedule directly from their bio page, or call our office at (832) 569-7673 and we'll help match you with the right fit
