Life can be challenging and overwhelming at times.
Sometimes we can feel out of control, overwhelmed, or unloved. You are trying to deal with difficult things that occurred in the past so that you can have a better future. It can feel like things will never get any better or that there is no way forward.
Maybe you…
Want to accept your self
Want to trust your own judgment
Learn how to solve problems in your own life.
Want to reduce your trauma symptoms
Learn how to cope with your anxiety and depression
The good news is that things do not have to stay the way they are. You can take charge of your life again.
As someone who has faced my own hard times and has needed additional support and guidance at times, I know the importance of having strategies that are useful, that can easily be incorporated into your daily life, and that you can use when you need them most. I can help by assisting you in identifying what aspects of your life are either unhealthy or unhelpful, and then work collaboratively with you to bring abut positive and meaningful change.
Let me help you take charge of your life! Let’s get started.
Who I help:
I help Adults struggling with Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma.
How I help:
My philosophy is that “my job is to work myself out of a job” as I want to empower you to feel confident and ready to take the skills and strategies you learn in session and use them in your everyday life.
What my clients say about working with me:
My client's would likely say that I am approachable and easy to talk to. Also, that I am nonjudgmental and allow them to go at their own pace.
Off the Clock:
My favorite things to do are spend time with my husband and my two dogs. I absolutely LOVE dogs and have a Newfoundland and a Bloodhound. If you ask, I will show pictures!
Fun Fact:
I love Star Wars! So much so that I even have a Star Wars tattoo!
My favorite TV shows are The Simpsons and Futurama.
