Life can be a lot at times.
Do you feel like you are continually digging, but you never get closer to climbing out of the rut you are stuck in without help?
Does it feel like you are always trying to pour from an empty cup?
Even the ‘small’ things seem to take so much out of you.
I hear you.
You want to regain control of your life again and learn how to be best prepared for similar situations in the future, and I can help you gain the tools you need to succeed. I believe in healing the whole person – mind, body, and soul.
My role is to walk alongside and provide you with the space to navigate your healing journey. There is no better expert to your life, and I would be honored to support you.
I want to help you get to a place where you feel you can handle any curveball that comes your way.
So Let’s Get Started!
Who I help:
I help children, teens, and adults with concerns relating to trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and overall wellbeing.
How I help:
I help by learning what gaps my clients may have currently, in their lives, and identifying their needs. I listen well and will empower you to take control of your life by supplying you with tools and coping skills to reframe negative patterns.
What my clients say about working with me:
My clients would say that I am non-judgmental and open-minded. They would also say that I am appreciative of humor as a coping mechanism every once in a while.
Off the Clock:
In my free time, I can often be found at my pottery, attending the theatre, or at an Astros game. I also might be exploring a new city - my favorite way to do this is by walking to local coffee shops.
Fun Fact:
I am a professional pilot and a very amateur skier and golfer!
